This is the link for the cookies I made for the family cookie competition. They are delicious and not nearly as complicated as they might seem. To get the peppermint patties in the cookies very easily, take each small ball of dough, break it into two, and make two flat discs. Put the peppermint patty on top of one discs, cover with the other disc, and press down around the edges, smoothing to make prettier cookies. Make sure all edges are sealed to prevent leaks!
